Returns & Exchange of Backpack

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days from the day you have received your order and in its original condition.

Please send your package via a traceable method and contact us with your tracking number here. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. We recommend using FedEx or USPS regular ground service and obtaining a tracking number. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost and Legend Gear Co. is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be: – New, unused and in original condition; – Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange. – Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).

Used items are not eligible for return or exchange and will be returned.

Refund The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s), the credit should appear on your next statement. Once the return process is completed, you will receive an email with a confirmation. All returns/exchanges must be returned within 14 days from the day you have received your order. Restocking fee may apply if the product returned is not in salable condition and in original packaging. We will directly deduct the 30% restocking fee from the refund amount.

To return or exchange, please follow these instructions:

1. You must first contact us providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange with our contact form.

2. We will provide you with instruction where you can return your order. Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your order number clearly on the package when you ship it back to us. This will allow us to track your return, that has been sent in the original package if possible or any other package available.

3 . Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Nordace are not held responsible for any lost returns.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be credited to your account.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

退貨 & 換貨 – 背囊 

我們衷心期盼您會完全滿意您新選購的產品。但是,如果因為任何原因令您不滿意,請在購買日期起14天內將商品以原狀退回(商品到貨時的原始狀態)。

符合退貨或換貨條件的商品必須是:
– 全新未使用狀態,狀況完好未被損壞;
– 在退貨和換貨時須含所有完整包裝,包括任何原廠標籤吊牌、包裝和組件等;
– 附有購買憑證(訂單確認電子郵件或號碼)。

所有使用過的物品均不符合退貨或換貨條件,將被退回。

退款
退回商品的信用額將以購買產品時的相同付款方式退還到您的帳戶,信用額應會列在您下一期的帳單上。在退貨流程完成後,您應該會收到一封確認電子郵件。所有退貨/換貨必須在您收到產品的 14 天內退回。我們將在退款金額中直接扣除30%的重新上架費。

如欲退貨或換貨,請按照以下流程操作:

1. 您必須先聯繫我們,向我們提供您的訂單號碼,並通過聯絡表格填寫您的退貨/換貨原因。

2. 我們將為您提供更詳盡的指引,以及退貨/換貨地址。請妥善包裝和密封商品,並確保在您的退貨/換貨包裹上清楚地標明訂單號碼。這將允許我們更快捷地跟踪您的退貨/換貨。如果可以,請盡可能使用原始包裝或任何其他可用的包裝作為您寄送的包裝盒。

3 . 顧客需自付退貨郵資。我們不會提供預付退貨運送標簽。請務必使用附有郵件號碼/查詢號碼、簽名交付和/或保險的信件服務。假如包裹於運送中途遺失,Legend Gear Official恕不負責。

退貨和換貨的限制規定:

– 尺寸問題將不被視為商品瑕疵,客戶需自行負責退貨運費。
– 我們不接受任何從其他零售商或網站購買的商品的退貨或換貨。

遺失或收不到退款(如適用)

如果過了數天還沒有收到退款,請先再檢查一次您的銀行帳戶。然後,當再過了一段時間還沒有收到退款,請聯繫您的信用卡公司。退款可能需要一些時間才能正式發佈。

退款到信用卡一般需要數天時間來處理。如果您已完成所有上述程序但仍未收到退款,請在此處與我們聯絡。

禮物

如果產品在購買時被標記為「禮物」並直接寄給您,在退貨時您只會穫得與產品價值相同的商店預付信用額。當收到您退回的產品後,商店預付信用額將會傳送到您的商店帳戶內, 在您下次購物時可使用。

如果產品在購買時沒有被標記為「禮物」,或送禮者先把禮物寄到自己家中再送給您,那我們會退款給送禮者,而他/她會知道您把產品退回。

Guarantee and Refund Policy
When you place an order with Plant Of Legend or Peaceful Land, you agree to the following terms:
Our commitment
We understand that buying plants online can limit your ability to see the product in person before checking out (physical is not the same as shopping in an online store). We give you the best guarantee of any potted/non-potted plant. We guarantee that any plant that leaves our store is of the best quality and horticulturally viable. The company will ensure that the plants are healthy before delivery, and you can also directly contact our store on Instagram or Facebook to get photos of the current situation before making a purchase. If you are not satisfied after receiving your order, please call (Whats app) or email us so we can help rectify the situation. We will thoroughly review your concerns with the appropriate plant store associate and may request that pictures be emailed. But we WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Plant replacements are also not allowed.
On the other hand, shopping shipping costs are borne by the customer. Some plants will take transplant bumps or damage (especially those imported from overseas) and will take time to fully recover.

Please Note: All Plants Excluded Money Back and Exchange Guarantee. We will not replace any plants that do not grow after you place your order. There may be a request to send proof of failure in the form of a picture to our customer service team, which will be negotiated.
Like all living plants, every plant requires care and proper nutrition to adapt to its new environment. Time and your patience are also basic needs for a plant to successfully transition to its new environment. Negligent, improper watering schedules are also not covered even though we will not issue refunds and exchanges. It is the customer’s responsibility to select plants suitable for their growing climate and to follow the planting guidelines included with each shipment and/or outlined in the Plants Of Legend and Peaceful Land tabs found on our website. Each plant is approximately grown Posted on each product page. Customers are also responsible for requesting any delayed ship dates if they do not wish to receive at time of purchase due to winter weather. Standard procedure is to ship your order as quickly as possible, unless otherwise stated by the customer, within the time frame specified.
